I would like to recommend Eric Ravenscroft if you need a Real Estate Agent. Eric did an outstanding job in all aspects of the transaction. He stayed on top of communication with all of the parties that were involved. I also feel that he did his best to get me the best deal and loan that was available. He was there to talk me through my concerns, sometimes after hours. He was very knowledgeable about the area. He was also on a first name basis with the agents for the various builders.
